IP solution for largest paint manufacturer in South East Asia

Jebsen & Jessen Communications implemented a new IP telephony solution for TOA Group in Thailand this July.

With the expansion of three operation sites in Bangkok, the organisation required a communication solution to improve the internal and external communication system, and enhance mobility and accessibility.

The existing aging analog system was unable to track mobile workers whenever they are posted to another site. The new solution helps to reduce operational costs and an increase in employee efficiency.

The new IP telephony solution supports 400 employees at the headquarters in Bangna, 300 employees at the Ekamai branch and 100 employees at the Samrong branch, and mobile employees can just log on from any location. Users also found applications such as Directory Service and Contact convenient.

TOA Group of Companies is the largest decorative paint manufacturer in South East Asia, an exporter of premium paint and leader of innovative and decorative paint. The manufacturing facility is the largest and most modern of its kind in the region.- By Nuttha Usneehemkun, Thailand
